Shipping

All Products are shipped from Seoul, South Korea. The default shipping method is by K-Packet to all countries
(MAX shipping rate of K-Packet is 2kgs per parcel, parcel that over 2kgs, we will separate the order into 2 shipments)
 
The Pick Up schedule for K-Packet : Monday to Friday (Excepts Public Holiday in Korea)
Custom Declaration / Clearance: Our default shipping method do not include any custom clearance service, buyer / receiver is responsible for custom clearing process. If customer needs to declare lower value, please let us know before the shipment has been sent.
*We will not take any responsibility after the order is lower declared
If the order is returned based on customer did not clear the customs/ refuse to receive the parcel, we will have to charge an extra shipping fee to re-send the products. 
 

REFUNDS

Our Full Return Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. Items bought or purchased after 15 days unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must NOT be used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: 
Purchased items from sale or special events are not eligible for refunds or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your point.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, any items on sale are not eligible for refund or exchange.
